These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and use of our online store, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory laws.

By placing an order, customers agree to the applicable contractual terms communicated before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Products and Services

PUFATI SRL specializes in natural goose feathers, goose down, and finished bedding products.

Our product range includes:

• Natural goose down and feather filling materials.
• Raw goose feathers and down for professional processing.
• Goose down pillows.
• Goose down duvets.
• Custom-made pillows and duvets.

Product details, dimensions, filling compositions, specifications, and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages.

Natural materials may show normal variations in appearance and texture.

Any declared technical properties are subject to the specifications applicable to the particular product.

3. Customer Categories

PUFATI serves both:

B2C customers: Private individuals purchasing products for personal use.

B2B customers: Companies, manufacturers, wholesalers, and other professional buyers.

Specific contractual conditions may apply to business transactions.

Mandatory consumer protection rights remain applicable to eligible consumer purchases.

4. Placing Orders

5. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed in EUR, together with the applicable purchase information shown at checkout.

Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be presented according to the relevant checkout or commercial arrangement.

For standard orders, accepted payment methods include:

• Cash on Delivery, where available.

B2B orders may have individually agreed payment conditions.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Standard pillow and duvet orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Romania: 2–5 business days.
• Other supported EU countries: 5–10 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers receive tracking information by email after dispatch.

7. Standard Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel standard pillow and duvet orders before dispatch.

Eligible cancellations receive a full refund, including any shipping charges already paid.

After dispatch, statutory withdrawal rights and the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy govern the order.

8. Custom-Made Pillows and Duvets

PUFATI accepts custom orders according to customer requirements.

Depending on the order, customers may specify:

• Pillow or duvet dimensions.
• Filling weight.
• Filling composition.
• Additional available configurations.

Custom order specifications may be discussed and confirmed through email, telephone, or Shopify checkout.

We recommend written confirmation of the agreed specifications before manufacturing begins.

The customer will be informed of the estimated production period and agreed price before the order is finalized.

9. Custom Order Deposits and Payments

Custom-made orders normally require:

• 50% deposit before manufacturing begins.
• Remaining 50% before delivery.

The deposit amount and payment arrangements will be communicated before the order is accepted.

Production time depends on the dimensions, filling specifications, complexity, and order quantity.

If PUFATI is unable to fulfill an accepted order, amounts already paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

10. Cancellation of Custom-Made Orders

Customers may cancel custom orders free of charge before manufacturing begins, receiving a full refund.

After manufacturing starts, PUFATI does not offer voluntary cancellation for genuinely custom-made products.

If PUFATI exceptionally agrees to cancel after production begins, the handling of any deposit will be discussed individually, subject to applicable law and agreed contractual terms.

Products genuinely made to individual customer specifications may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right.

Merely selecting standard options does not necessarily qualify a product for that exception.

Mandatory rights concerning defective or incorrectly manufactured goods are not affected.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible consumer purchases are subject to the applicable statutory withdrawal rights, generally including a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases.

Voluntary exchanges are considered individually.

Genuinely custom-made products and professional business orders may be subject to different return conditions as permitted by law.

12. Defective Products and Legal Guarantees

PUFATI is responsible for providing goods that conform to the applicable contract and legal requirements.

Consumers benefit from statutory conformity remedies under applicable Romanian and EU consumer protection law.

Where legally required, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.

These rights are separate from voluntary exchanges and change-of-mind returns.

13. Business-to-Business Orders

For professional buyers, specific terms may be agreed for:

• Bulk quantities.
• Material specifications.
• Prices and payment conditions.
• Transport and delivery.
• Production requirements.
• Contractual remedies and commercial obligations.

PUFATI does not provide a standard voluntary change-of-mind return right for B2B purchases.

Mandatory legal obligations and individually agreed commercial terms remain applicable.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate order and delivery details.

Customers are responsible for cooperating reasonably with delivery arrangements and notifying PUFATI of relevant errors when identified.

Where repeated unjustified non-collection occurs, PUFATI may subject future orders to manual approval as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Any associated charges or restrictions must comply with applicable law.

15. Website Information and Intellectual Property

Text, photographs, graphics, branding, and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits.

We strive to keep product information accurate and up to date.

If an error is identified, PUFATI will take appropriate corrective action, respecting orders already concluded and applicable consumer rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Romanian law, without depriving consumers in other EU countries of mandatory protections applicable to them.

Customers are encouraged to contact PUFATI first to seek an amicable resolution of any complaint.

Where applicable, consumers may also contact the competent consumer protection authorities or use available alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts mandatory rights to seek legal remedies before the competent courts.

18. Changes to These Terms

PUFATI may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in business operations, products, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be made available on our website.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already established under existing contracts.
